The professional activity is mainly dedicated to advising contracting entities and companies in the fields of works, supply and service contracts, in the public services sector, in the establishment and operation of public-private partnership forms. He has gained particular experience in assisting and advising entities operating in the special sectors, providing continuous assistance to leading airport operators.

Assisting and advising companies in all issues arising during contract performance (reservations, claims, counterclaims to service orders, etc.) and to contracting stations on the same issues;

Assistance and representation of the contracting parties and enterprises, both in amicable agreements and in proceedings before civil and administrative courts and arbitrators

Assistance and representation of enterprises and the administration in the fields of renewable energy law and environmental law, with particular reference to the waste, reclamation and energy sectors.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Turin in 2004;

From 2005 to 2010 he collaborated with the law firm Giardini – Mazza – Pipitone in Turin;

From 2010 he collaborated with the law firm Tosetto, Weigmann e Associati in Turin;

From 2017 to 2018 he collaborated with the law firm Merani Vivani e Associati;

During 2017 and 2018, he carried out continuous consulting activities on environmental law at TOTAL E&P ITALIA S.p.A. on behalf of the law firm Merani Vivani e Associati;

Since 2019 he has been working with Studio Musumeci, Altara, Desana e Associati.

He has been registered as a legal aid lawyer since 2005 and as a barrister since 2008;

Admitted to legal aid before the Supreme Court of Cassation and Superior Jurisdictions
