The Firm assists clients in real estate transactions of various kinds and, in particular, in real estate development transactions in the industrial and commercial sectors and in transactions for the purchase and sale of real estate intended for various uses, such as commercial, office, tourist-receptive, industrial, logistical and residential use, through asset deals or share deals.

The firm also assists clients in the drafting and negotiation of company lease and rental contracts on behalf of the owners or tenants and in the drafting and negotiation of tender contracts in the real estate field.
