In particular, the Firm provides assistance and advice to public administrations and public and private companies in the areas of works, supply and service contracts, both in the tender award phase and in the contract execution phase, in the public services sector, in the establishment and operation of forms of public-private partnership and in project financing procedures; assistance and representation is also provided to companies and public administrations in the areas of renewable energy law and environmental law, with particular reference to the waste, remediation and energy sectors; assistance and advice is also provided to public administrations and private companies in the areas of town planning and public tenders.
