The Firm assists clients operating in the energy sector, ever since liberalisation, taking care of contractual aspects at the various stages and for the usual operations: and therefore from the design and construction of power stations, to relations with the bodies in charge institutionally, the Authority, the GSE, the Ministry, up to the drafting of contracts for the purchase and sale of energy, also abroad.

In particular, the Firm also provides assistance in cross-border transactions, such as interconnection projects.

The Firm provides assistance to its clients, both in transactions involving the acquisition of shareholdings in operating companies and individual assets aimed at the development of renewable energy production plants.

Within this sector, the Firm assists its clients in the stipulation of contracts in the energy sector, such as, by way of example, exchange contracts, EPC and O&M contracts relating to the construction of plants, participating in all phases of the negotiation and contributing to the design of the structure of the transaction itself.
