The Firm assists clients in the various aspects of Maritime and Yachting Law with a particular focus on ‘Yachting Law’, providing consultancy and assistance, in extrajudicial and judicial matters (including arbitration), to leading Italian and international companies operating in the yachting industry and to ship owners, in the negotiation and drafting of contracts for the construction and sale of pleasure yachts and superyachts, both motor and sailing, in the management of relations with dealers and distributors, contractors and suppliers, as well as in the management of relations with leasing companies and insurance claims, including in the field of ship salvage.
