Education and studies
After practicing law, he joined the firm in 2007, becoming a partner in 2018.
He has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since 2007.
Other activities
He has also dealt with extraordinary merger & acquisition and capital market transactions, especially in matters pertaining to commercial contracts, real estate and labor law aspects of the parties involved.
He has gained significant experience in civil law applied to contractual relationships for the construction and sale of yachts and superyachts, assisting leading Italian shipyards operating internationally.
He has been a member of the board of the Association of Young Lawyers of Turin (AGAT) for two terms.
