In particular, the Firm carries out its activity in the field of separation cases, consensual and judicial, of divorce, joint and judicial, or in the management of separations and divorces through assisted negotiation; of modifications, consensual and judicial, of the conditions of separation and divorce custody and protection in general of offspring, during and after separations and divorces; resolution of issues relating to natural filiation; civil unions and their dissolution, with possible arrangements for the regulation of children, their custody and maintenance; advice on ‘cohabitation contracts’ and ‘de facto cohabitation’ (Law of 20 May 2016, no. 76, so-called ‘Cirinnà Law’); of recognition and disavowal actions; of appeals for the opening of guardianships, curatorships and support administrations; of assistance in inheritance, out-of-court and judicial practices.
