The firm assists companies in the preparation of antitrust compliance programmes structured on the basis of their specific economic activities and the market in which they operate, as well as in the preparation of codes of ethics and conduct. In addition, it holds training courses on antitrust matters.
The Firm has gained significant experience in the management of competition and antitrust litigation against Supervisory Authorities and, in particular, the Italian Antitrust Authority.
In this context, the Firm assists companies that are the addressees of sanctioning measures, carrying out consultancy and defence activities in administrative proceedings initiated by the Antitrust Authority, as well as defence activities in opposing administrative sanctions.
The Firm also assists companies and consumers in private enforcement proceedings relating to compensation for damages arising from antitrust offences.
