The Firm’s activities in this field include, inter alia, advising on the incorporation of companies, defining governance structures, assisting in the drafting of various procedures and models and assisting in extraordinary corporate transactions.
The firm regularly assists in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements including letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, confidentiality and exclusivity agreements, sale and purchase agreements, works and service contracts, franchising agreements, distribution agreements, supply of services and goods, in various sectors including, by way of example, automotive, information technology, shipbuilding, energy, medical, industrial, fashion and real estate sectors.
In this field, the activity ranges from advising on specific contractual provisions to assisting in commercial transactions, even of considerable size.
