The Firm provides its consultancy on every aspect concerning labour law, both judicial and extrajudicial, and assists its clients even with regard to social security issues, mainly in favour of employers and company directors.

Antitrust and Competition Law

The Firm gained an extensive experience in assisting its clients in the field of antitrust and competition law litigation against the Supervisory Authorities and in particular against Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato.

Administrative law

The Firm also provides assistance in the administrative law field, with particular regard to public-private partnerships and to contractual relations with public entities (contracts and tenders, project financing, sponsorship), as well as to the relations with the Supervisory Authorities (such as Consob, Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato, Banca d’Italia, Autorità per l’Energia Elettrica e il Gas, etc.).

Energy Law

The Firm assists clients who are active the energy industry, since the liberalization, with regard to every contractual aspect, occurring at different time, and to normal operations, such as the design and the construction of power stations, the relations with the competent Energy Authority, the GSEand the Energy Ministry, as well as the drafting of energy purchase and selling contracts, even abroad.

Industrial law

In the field of industrial law the firm assists its clients in drafting and negotiating technology transfer agreements, sponsorship, advertising, publishing agreements, as well as in the agreements upon licensing of industrial property, such as patents for industrial inventions, models and designs, trademarks, know-how and intellectual property law. The Firm regularly assists its clients in drafting and negotiating commercial transactions, including letters of intent, memorandum of understanding, nondisclosure and exclusivity agreements, purchase agreements, contracts for procurement of gods or services, distribution agreements, goods and service supply agreements, operating in different areas, such as automotive, information technology, shipbuilding, energy, as well as the medical, industrial, fashion and real estate field.

Banking and Finance Law

The Firm assists its clients in any operation regarding the granting of loans, including in pool ones, during both the preparatory stage and the subsequent stage of improvement of the whole contractual documentation, as well as in those of leverage buyout and corporate, acquisition and project finance.
